Our Current Projects

At Raising Relics, our mission is to uncover the hidden stories history left behind—beneath the waves and behind the veil of time. Here’s what we’re actively working on:

🔎 Florida Treasure Search – 2025 Expedition

We are currently preparing for an expedition off the Florida coast to search for a long-rumored treasure believed to be connected to 16th-century shipwreck survivors. This hunt builds on a personal 2012 discovery of a possible survivor campsite near Cape Canaveral—an event that has driven years of research and exploration. Using advanced search methods drawn from clandestine grave investigations and historical research, we aim to locate the next link in this centuries-old mystery. All search operations are conducted exclusively in the water.

⚔️ Civil War & WWII Relic Recovery – East Tennessee

In the waterways of East Tennessee, we are investigating reports of hidden Civil War artifacts and potentially undiscovered WWII-era items. Our efforts focus solely on underwater exploration—searching rivers, lakes, and submerged areas for relics that history has left behind.

🏴‍☠️ The Truth Resurfaces: 1565 Survivor Site Mystery Campaign

In 2012, I discovered what I believe to be the survivor encampment of the 1565 French shipwreck La Trinité — a land-based site on Florida’s east coast.
Despite reaching out to authorities and media, my findings were ignored.
In 2016, the state of Florida and the government of France claimed the discovery of La Trinité’s wreck offshore.
They took the credit. They shut me out.

Now, I'm reclaiming the narrative.

🌊 Underwater Recovery & Public Assistance

Whether it’s a lost wedding ring in a local lake or a family heirloom dropped from a dock, we offer assistance in recovering lost items underwater. Using scuba and snorkel gear, we blend passion with precision to help people reclaim their treasured belongings.

🔎 If I didn’t believe there was something truly valuable out there, would I be investing this much time, effort, and money?

I’ve been nickel and diming every cent I can, all while working on a school custodian’s salary, to fund this expedition piece by piece. Not through sponsors. Not with a big crew. Just real work, real sacrifice, and a relentless belief in the history buried beneath the surface.

So far, I’ve invested $2,743.88 of my own money into gear — full scuba setups, safety tools, underwater detection tech, and high-pressure air systems. It’s everything I need to do this right, legally, and safely.

Why?

Because over a decade ago, I discovered what I believe to be a 16th-century shipwreck survivor site — a story that’s been overlooked, but never abandoned by me. And I have strong reason to believe that what lies beyond that site may include valuable cargo: gold, silver, and even jewels — the remains of not just one, but two long-forgotten vessels, lost to history but not to those of us still searching.

I’ve got everything ready...

If you’ve ever believed in reclaiming lost history, in real-world exploration, or just in seeing someone finish what they started — I invite you to follow this mission, or reach out if you want to help me push off.
